Garage Clothing has a 30-day return policy from the purchase date for all online orders. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. However, sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Online orders can be returned via mail or in store as long as the order abides by the return policy conditions. In-store purchases cannot be returned by mail and exchanges must be done at store level.

For returns by mail, customers need to log into their online account, select order history under their profile tab to find the order they wish to return an item from. After locating the order, they can print a pre-paid return label. The package can then be dropped off at any UPS office. If a customer is returning more than one order by mail, each order must have its own return label and be packaged separately.

Refunds are processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. If the purchase was made using a credit card, once the return is processed, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on the customer's statement.
